About the event

The IRL Festival is pleased to present:

The best-known play of the Wilde canon, The Importance of Being Earnest is a wickedly funny satire of the social norms and graces of the time. Debonair Algernon and upstanding Jack must scramble to please the whims of the ladies who have captured their hearts, all under the baleful eye of imperious Lady Bracknell. Miss Prism unwittingly holds the key to their happiness.

This staged reading features local actors Kathleen Sheehy, Terry Barna, Sam Varteniuk, Amie Debrone, Sunny Ticknor-Malton, Kalene Ticknor-Malton, John Cormier, and Cath Moore.
