About the event
An introduction to traditional Irish Pugilism and Walking-stick (shillelagh) self-defence taught by Steve Higgins, Cold Mountain Internal Arts.
The last Sunday of the month, May 28 through September 24, from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. in Victoria Park, contingent on the weather.

Participants should have their own stick and hand protection (work gloves or lifting gloves).
This method is non-competitive and involves absolutely no free sparring.
Emphasis is on self-defence skills, healthy exercise, and having some good clean fun!
