About the event
In partnership with Music at St John's DTK, IRL Festival is proud to be part of this beautiful musical journey with Karen MacLeod and collaborators for this St Patrick's Day afternoon concert experience. The program features songs using arcane and traditional Irish texts, set as modern arrangements and compositions. Works by Samuel Barber, John Corigliano, and poetry by Padraig O Tuama will be featured. With voice, flutes, piano, handbells, shruti box and spoken word... this hour-long concert experience will be filled with unique sounds and ideas!
Tickets will be available at the door and are PWYC (pay-what-you-can).
