About the event

Come away and write with YEATS! Aoife Anastasia will take you on a virtual pilgrimage to the inspiring lands of the young poet honing his craft in Sligo, Ireland. She will share live and recorded conversations with experts and artists inspired by his work and readings of his powerful mystical poems, stories, and songs. This live interactive workshop, no previous writing experience required, will introduce you to the life and work of Ireland’s National and Nobel Prize-winning Poet and will guide you to create your own poetry, fairy tales and automatic writing. A great opportunity to hone your creative skills and journey in your imagination because as the great WB himself said... “The world is full of magic things, patiently waiting for our senses to grow sharper.”

Aoife Anastasia is a storyteller, performer, and playwright currently on her way to a "Winter School" residency at University College Limerick for Creative Writing.
